The anti-static blister tray is made by adding a certain conductive medium to the ordinary blister raw material sheet, so that the packaged product has a certain degree of conductivity and does not generate static electricity. Ordinary blister trays will cause static damage to some IT and electronic products due to the strong insulation of the plastic itself and the characteristics of extremely easy to generate static electricity.
According to the amount of conductive medium added and the actual measured surface resistance value of the product, we generally call the blister plate with the surface resistance value of 10 to the 11th power of 10 to the 11th power of 10 as an anti-static blister product. The blister disc with a surface resistance value of 10 to the 7th power of 10 ohms is called an antistatic blister product. Most of the anti-static blister products are in the form of trays, and a small amount are packaged in double blister and double-fold blister. The materials selected are generally PS, PET, and PVC.
